Ramiz Hanan, the owner of Shater Learning Center, is a software engineer with 7 years of experience in the profession, leading the development of multiple applications and solutions at the enterprise level. Ramiz earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from San Diego State University (SDSU) in 2020. Prior to that, Ramiz attended Valhalla High School and was in the top 1% of the class of 2016. He worked as a private math tutor and was trusted by many students to help them succeed. Having the passion for leading and teaching and wanting to make a positive impact on the local community, Ramiz stepped in as owner and manager of Shater Learning Center to continue the legacy of Dr. Nour Nona in providing the youth with the best learning resources and introducing new Computer Science learning opportunities.

Dr. Nour Nona, the esteemed Founder of Shater Learning Center, is a Math Professor, private tutor, and educational leader with a passion for inspiring young minds. With a solid foundation in teaching at the K-12 level and an unwavering commitment to academic excellence, Dr. Nona earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2023. He brings dynamic and engaging teaching methodologies to his role as a Math Professor, while his private tutoring approach fosters a conducive environment for students to flourish and reach their full potential. His dedication to education and student empowerment has earned him admiration and gratitude from all whose lives he has touched.
