Do you tutor in person or online?
Both. We tutor in person at our center at 2990 Jamacha Road #156 in El Cajon, and online over Google Meet. You can pick whichever fits your family’s schedule.
What subjects and grade levels do you cover?
Math from elementary fundamentals through AP Calculus AB/BC and college courses; English and language arts from early readers to college essays; computer science, including AP Computer Science A and Principles; SAT and ACT prep; and Arabic reading and writing. We also work with adult learners and with children getting ready for kindergarten.
What's the difference between group and one-on-one sessions?
Group sessions run 3–5 students at the same subject level — a good fit for friend groups in the same class — at $320 a month. One-on-one is $450 a month for eight 60-minute sessions, which works out to about twice a week, or $645 for twelve, about three times a week. All sessions are prescheduled monthly.
Which local schools do your tutors know?
We work with families right around us, and our tutors know these curricula: Valhalla, Granite Hills, Steele Canyon, Monte Vista, Grossmont, and Christian High; Hillsdale, Los Coches Creek, College Preparatory Middle, and Cajon Valley; plus Cuyamaca and Grossmont College. If your student’s teacher assigns it, we can help with it.
How do I get started?
Call us at 619-938-5383 or book online through our scheduling page. For SAT and ACT prep, every student begins with a full-length practice test, so we can see exactly where the points are being lost before building a plan. You can also start with a free academic assessment — no obligation, and you leave knowing exactly where your student stands.
Do you run programs over the summer?
Yes. Our Summer Math Bridge program previews the course your student is walking into in the fall, so they start September ahead instead of behind.
